She is very compassionate and gives good “homework” for me to try and use until the next appointment. These help me to utilize the tips and tools discussed during a session, and often time I see progress. I feel heard when I share, and she doesn’t make me feel bad if I feel like I overshared. She congratulates me if she feels like I making positive changes, and tells me how proud she of of me for accomplishments. I try to journal my emotions sometimes if I can’t express them into words, and she is open to reading them and discussing them. She never makes me feel bad, and meeting her has made my life a lot better.
