About Me

Care Philosophy

  • I'm a dedicated and experienced Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in the Westchester, NY area. My passion is to work with adults who are struggling with anxiety, depression, and anger; as well as with couples who hope to improve or save their relationships. 

    I use powerful tools and techniques for individuals based on Cognitive Behavior Therapy. I collaborate to help them discover and then change the beliefs and habits that keep them stuck in anxiety, anger or depression.

    For couples, I believe there is a core human need for attachment, trust, acceptance and affection...a need as vital as food and water. I collaborate with couples to help them rediscover and express these needs, creating a doorway to renewed and deepened intimacy.
