Really determine what matters the most and what you don't need to do. So you might need to make kind of three columns

We all have some need to be perfect in certain ways. But the problem with being a perfectionist is you often get stuck in the moment
and can't move out of it. So one of the things that's really important to stop and do is really determine what matters the most
and what you don't need to do. So you might need to make kind of three columns on a piece of paper, what do I have to do, what do I need to do, and what do I want to do.
And the "have to do" things, not everything can go in that column. [MUSIC PLAYING] So you really have to sit back and mindfully
be aware of what the priorities are. And really, you can't put it all there. If everything goes in that column, step back,
take a breath. OK, what do I really want to do, what do I need to do? Try and figure out how to get each one done knowing full well
that you aren't going to be perfect. And you might have to remind yourself of that over and over and over again, kind of turning your mind to this idea that you're going to do the best you can,
and perfection is not attainable, and you'll still be OK if it's just the best you can do and not perfect. [MUSIC PLAYING]
