I joined Weight Watchers On Line the middle of January 2011. My ultimate goal is to lose a total of 140 pounds. Over the past eight months I have lost 37.6 pounds.
Over the past four weeks I have not lost any weight, even though I have still been following my plan. On the plus side, I have not gained during the same four week period either.
I have joined Dr. Oz's Transformation Nation hoping it will help give me the added motivation I need to get back on track. I know that what I really need is more physical activity to start dropping pounds again.
My goal for the next six months is to continue to use my Weight Watchers On Line tools, and to add a minimum of 30 minutes of physical activity daily.
