"To keep the body in good health is a duty... otherwise we shall not be able to keep our mind strong and clear." – Buddha
I have been committed to helping and empowering others to change their lives by sharing my knowledge, excitement and enthusiasm for health and fitness. I am a Master Instructor for the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) and have spent a tremendous amount of time researching and learning the most effective, scientifically valid, and up-to-date methods for losing weight, enhancing performance, and helping individuals achieve their best body.
In addition to my years of in-the-trenches experience, I speak nationally on topics ranging from maximizing client success using evidence-based fitness solutions to strategies for connecting with and enabling clients to get the most out of themselves. I also teach current and aspiring fitness professionals as a full-time adjunct faculty member in both the Undergraduate and Graduate level exercise science programs for California University of Pennsylvania (CAL U) and spread my passion to certified professionals who want to help their clients achieve results. I have my Masters in Exercise Science and Health Promotion, my License in Neuromuscular Therapy and have a host of credentials from NASM.
