I have conducted research and published in the area of advanced practice nursing, nurse practitioner and PA education, trauma nursing, trauma recidivism, alcohol and trauma. Currently I am the Dean of the Maracella Niehoff School of Nursing, Loyola University Chicago. Have expertise in nursing education both pre-icensure, advanced practice and doctoral nursing education. I have published on conducting focus groups and survey research methodoloty.
