Sharecare.com contributing writer Timothy Gower is an author and journalist who has spent the last 20 years reporting and writing about medicine, nutrition, fitness, psychology, and just about every other aspect of health. Tim’s byline has appeared in two dozen magazines and major newspapers, including Prevention, Reader’s Digest, Health, Men’s Health, Better Homes and Gardens, Fortune, Esquire, the New York Times and the Los Angeles Times. His 2011 article in Proto magazine, “Change of Heart,” won a Pearl Award for best feature article from the Custom Content Council and a silver medal in Folio Magazine’s annual “Eddie” awards.
