Bio

Theresa Adams, RN NASM-CPT, CES is a Certified Personal Trainer with an advanced certification in Corrective Exercise Specialty.  She is also a Registered Nurse who specialized in cardiology for most of her career and maintains her CPR/AED certification.  Theresa received her training education through The National Academy of Sports Medicine and has been taught to train people of all ages and fitness levels as well as those with special needs including pregnancy.  Theresa is also a licensed ZUMBA and AQUA ZUMBA instructor.  She is an avid runner, marathoner, and a volunteer fire fighter.   She has dedicated her life to helping others and she can help you too.  Theresa has the knowledge, compassion, and experience to help you meet your fitness goals.

    Hi Theresa! I just made the Edamame Salad. I didn't have any apples and am allergic to corn and had italian (Flat leaf) parsley and lemon intead of cilantro and lime (LOVE those, just weren't here but the parsely ane lemon was.) and it is SUPER yummy! Haven't logged it yet, but think it is pretty good on the cals with the veggies. :) I am hanging in there. Have had a number of challenges to deal with but getting through them. :)

    This refreshing salad is a nutrient dense, delicious alternative to high calorie potato and macaroni salads...

    2 cups Edamame beans

    1 Mango cubed

    2 Apples cubed

    2 cups Corn

    2 cups Carrots

    1 Red Pepper

    1 Orange Pepper

    2 tbsp  Fresh Cilantro chopped

    Juice of 1 Lime

    Mix, chill, and enjoy
