I am  a NASM, CPT and NASM Corrective Exercise Specialist. I have over 18 years experience in the fitness industry and more than 25 years experience in the personal service sector.

I was a regionally ranked distance runner in the New York Metro Area. I was trained in boxing at Gleason`s Gym in Brooklyn, NY with two of the areas best professional trainers.

I developed and ran fitness programs for seniors for the New York City Housing Authority.

My specialty is functional training through an intergrated approach that makes you Fit to Live your life in a more active, rewarding and fulfilling manner.

    Hope you had a good weekend. I enjoyed mine with my grand kids. I have two 3yrs lold and 11mo old and then I have two step grand children, one 11yrs old and the other is 8yrs old. The 8 yr old loves to go running with me. A couple of months ago we did Race for the Cure in Fla. together. It was fun and a really good cause. Have a Great week.
