Bio

I love being fit, healthy, and happy so much that I want to share my knowedge with others. As a result, I am currently a NASM certified personal trainer, an AFAA certified group exercise instructor, and a licensed Zumba instructor. I have also taught (or might currently be teaching) interval training, abs, and toning fitness classes. And I trained for and competed in an NGA figure competition in May of 2010. I do not consider fitness a job, but my passion. I wake up every day excited to share my knowledge and skills to help others achieve their fitness goals. I’d love to share my passion with you.
