Bio

The desire to exercise and eat a healthy, nutritious diet has always been important to me.  I enjoy working out and the energizing feeling afterward. I'm excited to share my knowledge and enthusiasm for a healthy lifestyle.  I work on a progressive program that includes cardiovascular fitness, balance and full body strenghtening with an emphasis on proper technique.  My goal is to provide the information and assistance a client needs to gain strength, create the positive changes they desire, and instill self motiviation.
