An Inside Scoop to Tarry Quint
Like many Americans today, Tarry grew up living a very unhealthy lifestyle.  Fast foods and convenient processed foods were a regular part of his diet. To make matters worse, he had a daily habit of drinking can after can of sugary, calorie laden soda. It wasn’t long before he realized that living an unhealthy lifestyle was doing irreparable damage to his body and mind.  But Tarry wasn’t the only one mired in this lifestyle. It surrounded him, with everyone from his family members, to neighbors, to the community in which he grew up in, all engaged in it.  We all know what this type of lifestyle can do to you!

Despite starting out on the wrong path nutritionally, Tarry was always, and continues to be, very active playing sports or, when he was younger, playing outside as a child.  His passion for sports and exercise laid the foundation for him to a career path in the Health and Fitness industry, where he has dedicated his life to helping others become healthier, happier and so they can live better lives.

Tarry’s credentials include being a National Academy of Sports Medicine Certified Personal Trainer, Kettlebell Concepts Certified Instructor, and is currently studying Precision Nutrition certification to gain further knowledge of exercise nutrition. His experience, nutritional expertise and overall knowledge of the fitness industry make Tarry the perfect person to help you with your fitness goals.

Through his personal triumphs Tarry has developed a vision. He calls it the Get Fit Movement and he is looking to reach out across North America to inspire and motivate as many people that wish to make a healthy lasting and positive change.
