    Here's how my runs are stacking up since I began on Jan. 21st. 

    Week by week I am getting stronger. Those first 2 weeks I was wondering what I got myself into. I was so afraid I was going to have muscle spasms and cramps like that all the time again. I was afraid of pulling a muscle or tearing something.

  • My First Run

    Today was the day. I ran my first 1/2 mile. It's a far cry from the 13.1 I will be running by year's end, but you have to start somewhere right? I have so much to be thankful for. A year ago I was still in a lot of pain and wondering if I'd ever be able to feel normal again. I weighed nearly 15 lbs more
