Hey All! I am in this with you. It feels like a forever fight for each 10lbs. Dropped 30 lbs starting in January 2011. Trying to up my weight fight, so I can continue to lose weight and give my body a break from carrying this stuff for so many years.
I keep trying to find the best ways and information to keep on pushing to stay on track.
I had been over weight starting at 10 years old. Have a 16 year old son that sees me struggle every day. I still try to teach him so he will never have to battle so hard at weight loss. He watches what he eats with me. We need to get more consistent with exercise. Always improving "We never give up!"
