Hey All!  I am in this with you.  It feels like a forever fight for each 10lbs. Dropped 30 lbs starting in January 2011. Trying to up my weight fight, so I can continue to lose weight and give my body a break from carrying this stuff for so many years.

I keep trying to find the best ways and information to keep on pushing to stay on track.

I had been over weight starting at 10 years old. Have a 16 year old son that sees me struggle every day. I still try to teach him so he will never have to battle so hard at weight loss.  He watches what he eats with me.  We need to get more consistent with exercise.  Always improving "We never give up!"

    Hi, Sonja! Join Dr. Oz's Transformation nation. This is a really good program and when you friend people on Sharecare you bring a wonderful support group to yourself. I have a few things I want you to do for me. Go into you friends and exe the box to auto accept friends; secondly when you write a blog, before saving it, I want you to arrow down to the bottom of the page and check the box allow comments, if you so choose, also decide whether or not you want to share with friends or everyone on Sharecare before saving. If you any help navigating the system or need help logging your food or designing you workout programs, just let me know and I will be glad to help.

    Hi Sonja- sorry I have not checked in recently. I have stepped up the execise a bit- my husband gave me a 3 month Y membership for Christmas. Last night I tried kick boxing- what a hoot - I made it the full hour- that's about all I can say! Have a wonderful weekend!
