WANTING TO LOOSE 15 POUNDS by Aug 2011. On the first " Move it or Lose it' I was able to lose 14 pounds. I have been on many weight loss programs over the last 50 years and looked at the plan as a "DIET" but look at this plan as a "Life Change". Never too late to learn about "weight loss" Thanks to Dr. Oz and Sharecare for all the info on weight loss.
