    We are all busy.  It can be difficult to find the time to exercise.  Walking is easy.  It doesn't require equipment and can be done anywhere at any time of the day.  If you do not have 30 minutes to exercise, try squeezing in one or two 10 minute walking sessions a day.

  • STANDING BURNS MORE CALORIES THAN SITTING

    When trying to increase muscle size and power, be sure to choose your foods correctly.  The carbs, proteins, and fat you consume each day fuel your workout and help to add bulk to your muscles.  Make out a food schedule for the day: Eat six small meals and include a lean protein (ex: three egg whites, one egg yolk )
