Achieving a better life through fitness


I truly believe in the ability of fitness to improve the quality of life.  I love to work with people and watch as their lives transform as they begin to take control of their health and fitness.


A National Presenter and Master Instructor with NETA (National Exerciser Trainer Association).  I am also part of the curriculum team for NETA.  I like to work with all people both on a personal level to help them achieve their goals as well as to educate aspiring Personal Trainers and Group Fitness Instructors.

BS degree in Kinesiology from the University of Minnesota.
