Owner of BzBodyFitness, LLC. My philosophy is efficient, effective, custom fit training for your needs.  I believe you must be engaged in all you do, focusing on the positive, and working in a way that is enjoyable. My training focuses on a combination of core, cardio and strength, with the addition of tools and toys to accommodate any fitness level. With the inclusion of nutrition, journaling, and intense, but fun workouts, your success is guaranteed!

    Getting motivated takes internal drive. There must be a strong emotional response to the goal.  Once that feeling strikes, take the time to INSTANTLY WRITE down the goal & strategy to accomplish it, and the time table- schedule of getting the work done to be successful!
