It became quite obvious to her how important it was to maintain a healthy lifestyle balanced with proper nutrition and exercise. With the ability to quickly gain and lose weight in a healthy manner it inspired her to pursue a career in the fitness industry. She has had her own personal training business for over 2 years, where she instructs fitness classes for adults and children and provides in-home training as well.
