Scott Ramsdell is the Instructor Network Coordinator for NASM, the Founder of Athletic Performance Incorporated (API) and the creator of the Caveman Training® system. Scott holds numerous national certifications in fitness as well as in the law enforcement training. He has worked as a Technical Advisor for THQ video games and in the creation and design of the UFC Gym Certified Trainer Program.
