I have been working out for years, but only recently did I start getting serious by becoming a fitness professional. I work as a personal trainer because I love fitness and what it can do for the human body. When I was 15, my doctor discovered that I had an irregular heart beat. After seeing several cardiologists and specialists, they examined me with stress tests and an EKG. After analyzing the results, they told me that my heart rate regulated itself during soccer practice and exercise. I've been working out ever since then and have been feeling fantastic ever since.
