Bio

Sarah Tittman holds credentials through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) as a Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) and Corrective Exercise Specialist (CES). As a former Division I ice hockey player, she possesses the drive to challenge elite athletes, but she gets equally great satisfaction out of introducing sedentary individuals to fun and approachable exercise regimens. Sarah believes education and knowledge initiate change, and she looks to share her expertise with clients so they can achieve their specific goals.


Sarah received her Bachelor of Science in biomedical engineering from Yale. She spends her days as a researcher at the Yale School of Medicine, but her passions are health, nutrition, and fitness. She practices what she preaches as an avid runner, cyclist, hockey player, and amateur in the indoor soccer arena.
