I use to weigh over 350 lbs. and I was your basic obese adult. It was a long road, but I committed to becoming healthier and I have succeeded.     My plan isnt working,today i havent made any exercise cause tomorrow it was a festival in my town and i walked miles to come home ,cause it was so late the public transport werent riding anymore.so my legs hurt,but i will do the stomach abs. You could send me your training table or something like that. It would help a lot. Thanks:)
