Robert has been serving the fitness industry in various capacities (Personal Trainer, Weight Management Specialist, National Certification Educator, consultant and entrepreneur) for more than fifteen years. During this time Robert has had the honor of working with thousands of clients and also the honor of certifying more than 10,000 Fitness Professionals. He has presented at Fitness Industry Conferences for Club Industry (CIE), the National Fitness Business Alliance (NFBA), the New England Health, Racquet and Sports Association (NEHRSA) and The East Coast Alliance (ECA) on the topics of business, personal training, weight management and Complete Program Design.

Before his tenure with IFS Robert was the CEO for e3 Health and Weight Management Solutions while collaborating with multiple National Certifying agencies (Apex Fitness Group, National Academy of Sports Medicine, 24 Hour Fitness, Movement Training Specialists and The American Council on Exercise) and has served as a private industry consultant.

Robert has made a significant impact in the health, wellness and fitness industry through his unique approach to solution based programming for health club members his innovative approach to complete health club integration. He has consulted with more than 200 health clubs. His passionate commitment to education has made him a highly sought after presenter, consultant and author. His book:  "90 Days to a New You" is consistently a category leader on Amazon.com and used by numerous Health Clubs and Personal Trainers to aid their clients in achieving lasting weight loss results.

Currently he is authoring an update to "90 Days" and has released ‘Personal Development Made Simple’. He is also preparing two new books: The Facts and Fallacies of Fitness and The Real World Weight Loss.
