Rebecca Scritchfield

Bio

Rebecca Scritchfield, R.D. is living her passion of inspiring people to take back their health. Through nutrition counseling, speaking, and media work, she advocates a balanced lifestyle of realistic eating, movement, and stress management habits that support self-care, not self-harm.

As a nutrition therapist, she counsels clients struggling with the spectrum of eating disorders and disordered eating habits. She helps people embrace “it’s not what I weigh, it’s what I do” and focus on building positive, “feel good” behaviors that motivate and boost confidence. She works with therapists, psychiatrists, and medical doctors to build a comprehensive care team for optimal outcomes in treating people in an outpatient setting.

Rebecca is a graduate of The Johns Hopkins University master’s degree program. She is a registered dietitian and a certified Intuitive Eating professional. In 2009, she was honored by American Dietetic Association as “Young Dietitian of the Year.”
