Bio

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I provide psychotherapy services which are aimed at empowering individuals to maximize their personal strengths and abilities in order to live as comfortably and as happily as they possibly can.
With over ten years experience in mental health and substance abuse, and specific training in trauma informed care, I have learned and believe that each person is unique and that treatment needs to be tailored to that individual.
Whether you are having a relationship problem, work issue, feel depressed or anxious, have suffered a significant loss, or have a substance abuse concern, my sessions are geared to focus on your specific needs and collaborate with you on a mutual treatment plan.
