    Nemoo, thanks for your question. You should definitely drink water when exercising. A good guideline is to drink 4 oz of water for every 15 minutes of exercise. Another strategy is to weigh yourself before and after exercise and drink 16-20 oz of water for every pound that you lose. Good luck and stay hydrated, Mike
