Bio

Nathan has been a trainer for over 12 yrs. now. His passion and energy is the same now as when he first began. Nathan has trained over 4000 sessions and he has trained D1 college athletes, high school students, and general fitness enthusiasts. His love is corrective exercise that transitions to performance enhancement. "making the body move efficiently and powerfully". Nathan believes a well educated and highly skilled trainer can have a significant impact in his/her respective region.

Nathan's strong suit is continuing education and staying on the cutting edge of scientific, evidence-based solutions for the client. Currently Nathan is certified by the National Academy of Sports Medicine as a Personal Trainer, Corrective Exercise Specialist, Performance Enhancement Specialist, and most recently certified by NASM to Customize Integrated Injury Prevention Programs. He uses his experience, education and acquired skill for the betterment of his clients.
