Thank you Kat for helping me! There are so many supplements out there and it's hard sometimes to figure out what we need and don't need. You were a big help.

WOOOHOOOO Naomi! I see you exceeded your goal! Way to go, lady! And I love it that you're improving your nutrient intake. For omega 3 fish oils, aim for at least 600 mg of EPA and DHA combined. Here's the one I use http://www.dotfit.com/Super_Omega_3-pid-1002.html For Vitamin D, D3 is what you want. It's also called Cholecalciferol. Just take 1,000 IU 3 times daily. Hope this helps and congrats again!

I have a question regarding omega. I rarely eat fish and need to know how many mg do I need to take daily. I am 44 years old. Also, my doctor suggested I take 3000 IU of Vitamin D daily. Is there a difference between Vitamin D and D3 because all I can find is D3. I also have not found 3000 IU's only 1000. What would you suggest

Hi Naomi - I would recommend sending this question over to tone of the registered dieticians on Sharecare - either Kat Barefield or Dominique Adair. They are better equipped to help you with these questions. - All my best, Mike
