Bio

Joi Casado the credentialing specialist at MDLiveCare in addition to credentialing; Joi functions as MDLiveCare’s ShareCare administrator, and is part of the member services team.  Joi has worked with providers from all over the United States and other countries, enrolling them with government and commercial payers, as well as performing independent credentialing and contracting for professional medical groups and practices.  She received her Business Administrative Degree from West Georgia College, in Carrolton Georgia and continued at Alabama State University, in Montgomery, Alabama receiving a degree in Healthcare Administration.  Joi possesses a solid knowledge of NCQA and DHS credentialing standards, while being fully educated on the HIPAA guidelines.   Joi Casado has had the remarkable experience of working closely with Motrin Linter the chief legal counsel for the Miami Dade County Health Department,   and holds completely knowledge of statutes and administrative rules for Agency for Healthcare Administration (AHCA)
