Bio
Hello, My name is masaki. I am from Japan. I love working out when l was in Japan so I decided to go to school to learn the proper technique for resistance-training. I entered National Personal Training Institute in 2006 aftr I had come to the United States. This school was first step of the Health and Fitness Industrial school. The text books gotten from school were full of difficult vocabulary that exceeded my english level so I attended class looking up difficult words in the dictionary. I never dreamed that I become a personal trainer when entered school but the more I study the more I was absorbed in Health and Fitness Industry and have begun to think that l was glad if I can do something for people's health. I cotinued studying by self education after graduating from school and became a certifed personal trainer through The National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) and The National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) At present 66 percent of American adults are overweight approximately one-third of adults are estimatied to be obese because daily activity levels continue to decline, people are less active, that leads to the likelihood of disease. I am glad to do exercise with such people if I can help them to improve their health. I may not be elite coache like other HFPN coaches. I also have the slightly shy one side but the passion for helping people are huge.
