Hi Marsha, How are you doing this Saturday morning? I hope you are feeling well and able to stay on track with this weight loss quest. So many temptations this time of year with the upcoming holidays. I joined Weigh Watchers and during an upcoming meeting, we will discuss how to survive Thanksgiving without jumping ship. I can't wait to attend this meeting and find out how to get thru this holiday of feasting. I am truly grateful my family will be able to have food on the table since so many are doing with out. Waiting for a phone call from my local food bank to see when I can help out. I am so trying to keep my mind and hands busy. Hope the scale is your friend this week. Thanks for your time Marsha. Thanks Marsha I had a terrific day, read my blog. I never had a problem with fast eating always last one to finish. Of course this would lead to one long meal sometimes, you know breakfastlunchdinner! Have a good one!

Hi Marsha, Thanks for the compliment on my Duncan. He is a very special friend. As for my journey, I have joined Weight Watchers and down 4.8 pounds. The pounds do not come off as quickly as in my 30's. I love the Points Plus Program and it is so easy. Glad to hear you have a goal in mind! I want my bloodwork to be a better read in April. I will be thinking about you and wish you all the best. Please keep me posted!
