I am passionate about helping my clients achieve their health and fitness goals. I'm a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and also have a certification in TRX Suspension Training.
My specialties include weight management, functional training and general fitness. My clients range from young athletes to older clients with arthritis. In general, my niche is helping people in their 30's to 60's with a desire to stay healthy and fit.

    What is a good workout to increase my speed and fitness on the bike?

    I recommend speed intervals to increase your speed whether its on a spin bike or a road bike. Depending on your level of cardio fitness, I recommend a 30-45 second sprint(85-90% max. heartrate) followed by a 45 second to 1minute 30 second rest.
