As the girl who went from not being able to run a mile in gym class to being able to successfully complete a 24 hour rock climbing competition, I get that making permanent healthy lifestyle changes is challenging but doable -- if we get out of our own way, we can discover what works for us and run with it.

 Like many people, my health and fitness life evolved step-by-step, from an occasional habit into a permanent life-changing passion.  In 2007 I earned my personal training certification and began the career shift from video editor and workshop instructor to fitness expert and educator.  My career continues to evolve with the addition of wellness coaching.  Not only do I support clients through workouts, but help them take doable steps toward reaching wellness goals that align with their values and passions.
