I am a personal trainer with over 20 years experience as well as a personal wt loss experience of 75 pounds after a bout with depression and divorce.   I have more than five years group fitness training experience and my specialties include senior fitness, wt loss for all ages and nutrition.   I look forward to becoming a driving force in the virtual training industry and reaching and helping more people.
