I am a 40 yr old, political lefty and slightly outspoken Pagan, from Orillia, Ontario, Canada. I work as a Shoe Fitting Specialist in a family run shoe store, just north of Toronto. I am also an organizer and Merch Kahuna for the Mariposa Folk Festival and an avid supporter of Canadian arts and history. (I also have a minor addiction to live music shows especially by people you've never heard of.)
I've had an adventurous bent all of my life...I think nothing of hopping on a bus and going wherever the mood moves me. I'm a bit of a loner I suppose, with a hippie spirit. Probably explains why I'm still single and using "the self service pumps at the gas station of love", lol.
I got involved in a job a few years back that kept me chained to a headset at a computer all day and volunteer work that kept me on a computer at night. I went from an energetic person, always on the go...to someone I didn't recognize. About 2 years ago, I decided to make a change and lost 30lbs before hitting a plateau. But thanks to Dr. Oz and Sharecare, that is changing. Now 25lbs+ later I'm starting to rediscover the person I used to be. The one I've missed a lot.
