Bio

I am a certified personal trainer, fitness coach and a mom of two energetic young boys.  I enjoy helping others to exercise and eat right to maintain a healthy fit lifestyle.  I wasn't always a healthy, fit mom.  Several years ago I was out of shape and overweight.  I lost 40lbs and got in the best shape of my life through exercise and eating clean.  It wasn't easy, but it was worth it!  Going through the process myself, I know what it feels like to go through this challenge and to achieve your goals.  It motivated me to get my certification so I could help others achieve their fitness goals as well!

    Thanks for your compliment on my Paleo Post. I dont eat potatoes very often because I do get an hunger rebound from them. But I do eat raw milk cheese. Its such an interesting experiment in what works for your body. I love how Mark Sisson is more open about it with the 80/20 rule!

    Hi Kristie- I loved your answer about the paleo and primal diet. I, too, follow Mark Sisson Primal blueprint. I do include white and sweet potatoes in my diet because I need the carbs! I love eating this way- I do indulge in pizza every so often, but can definitely feel it :)
