Kevin Auwarter, NASM Elite Trainer

Bio

Kevin is a Certified Personal Trainer with the National Academy of Sports Medicine. Specializing in fat loss and strength conditioning, his clients range from high school athletes to senior citizens.  Kevin has also had success helping clients who live with chronic medical conditions and mobility limitations, and works with many post-rehab clients after back, shoulder, ankle, and knee surgeries as well as other injuries.  He has developed fitness and wellness programs for community organizations, and is known for empowering individuals and groups with the information they need to make lasting, positive lifestyle changes.  

Kevin has extensive knowledge and experience with various exercise methods.  From cardiovascular and resistance training to high intensity strength training, he possesses the tools to build the right program for each individual client.

Kevin believes that better health begins with a choice.  “Once that choice is made, you will be amazed at what you can do.

    No problem Kevin. Nah, my dad used to, and he took me into the box one time and thought it would be cool to show me how hard he could hit it. I was like, "I'm outta here!" He played a lot until he had to get foot surgery and he hasn't picked it back up since. Now I've got him strength training. Maybe after we've worked on his rotator cuff, he'll get back into raquetball. Fun, but seems to be a dying sport!
