I’ve worked in the health and fitness industry for over 18 years as a massage therapist, personal trainer, fitness manager, lecturer, educator and strength and conditioning coach. I’ve helped hundreds of clients reach their fitness goals and taught personal trainers to do the same. My goal is to ensure that fitness professionals and the public have the tools they need to achieve their goals.
