My interest in fitness began as a young gymnast. Strength and flexibility were a part of my life. It wasn't until my high school days that I learned the other piece of the puzzle, NUTRITION. I began educating myself and taking classes to learn more about healthy eating and other forms of fitness like the good 'ol aerobics and step fitness classes. I continued my studies in physical education with focuses on nutrition at PSU.
While maintaining my involvement in my favorite sports; dance, running, softball, racquetball and soccer, I started sharing my passions as a coach in youth sports.
Becoming a certified personal trainer with NASM and certified Pilates Coach has given me the tools to change lives! My knowledge and passion for nutrition helps me guide my clients to their health goals and maintain them. I now run a private fitness studio in California.
