Juan is originally from Colombia, South America and has a B.A in psychology with an emphasis in sports psychology. Health and fitness have always been a part of his life and when he moved to the United States in 2005, he immediately began working to become part of the fitness movement in the U.S.A. He loves to help people reach their fitness goals using safe, fun, and effective fitness training techniques, taking special care in knowing each clients specific personal needs. His mission is to give you the tools needed to see real results and long term benefits.
