I have been a personal trainer for over 20 years now and I love it.

I have an associate degree in physical therapy and a Bachelor's degree in physical education and a certification in massage therapy.

My specialties include corrective exercise specialist, performance enhancement specialist, kickboxing instructor, Pilates instructor.
 
I am planning to become a certified nutritionist and Tai Chi instructor within the next year.
