Bio

I came into the fitness world out of necessity when my middle aged body and health started changing for the worse. I started studying about fitness and personal training to fix me. Little did I know within a year I would be leaving a career I had done for almost twenty years and start training on a full time basis. I have been fortunate to work with many individuals varying in age from ten years old to eighty seven-male and female. Each person came to me with their own goals and desires. as well as limitations. That's what makes training unique. Each person is different, and needs to be addressed as an individual. With over ten years experience as a certified personal trainer I have learned from each person I've worked with. While my goal as a trainer is to teach you the tools you need to reach your goal, mine is to learn from our experience together. I look forward to learning about you!

Hi Joy, I am trying to lose my weight gain after my last pregnancy. My son is almost two now, so I think it's about time I get myself into shape. I am struggling in a way that I always start and stop, I can't get past the number 4 whether it is 4 days or weeks or the amount of time.
