 John is an NASM Certified Personal Trainer, Performance Enhancement Specialist and Corrective Exercise Specialist in the Sacramento, CA area.  With thirteen years in the fitness industry, John has trained roughly 10,000 sessions and managed multiple health clubs. He now shares his passion for health and fitness with future professionals as an instructor for the Bryan College Advanced Health and Fitness program.
