How does physical activity or exercise improve health?
Engaging in physical activity helps one prevent diseases such as obesity, high blood pressure and diabetes. It also lowers bad cholesterol and raises good cholesterol. It relieves stress and in many cases increases one's life span.

Hiya BEAUTIFUL LADY...I KNOW you haven't forgotten me...I've been keeping off the 'puter...sitting is BAD for my leg...so the Doc and PT tell me...NO SITTING...LOLOL...but, I have been LOVING the PT...even with the pain, and the range of motion on my leg is vastly improving...I am even able to walk up and down the steps again...YEHAAA...Thanks for ALL your help...my PT thinks the work you give me to do is AMAZING!
