Bio

Joanne Duncan-Carnesciali, MS, RCEP, CSCS, is the owner of Focused Wellness, Inc., a provider of comprehensive wellness solutions.  Her experience in the wellness and fitness industry spans over two decades.  She is one of the few individuals who successfully achieved the most prestigious credential in the fitness industry, the  ACSM Registered Clinical Exercise Physiologist, of which only 20 people in the state of NY have earned.

She is also the owner of Washington Heights CPR. Washington Heights CPR provides emergency cardiac care for the both lay personal and the licensed healthcare provider.



In addition to operating her company,   Joanne's has had the opportunity of coaching both clinical and healthy populations to adopt a healthy lifestyle in both Italy and England.

    Hiya Lady...How's it going? Long time since I've been online regularly. I'm healing...doing better every day.. Have two more weeks of PT left...and guess what...I've been shooting hoops...no running, but walking, dribbling and making baskets...Think about you everyday!     Hiya BEAUTIFUL LADY...I KNOW you haven't forgotten me...I've been keeping off the 'puter...sitting is BAD for my leg...so the Doc and PT tell me...NO SITTING...LOLOL...but, I have been LOVING the PT...even with the pain, and the range of motion on my leg is vastly improving...I am even able to walk up and down the steps again...YEHAAA...Thanks for ALL your help...my PT thinks the work you give me to do is AMAZING! Love ya and talk soon.
