Bio

Wellness and fitness have been a lifelong passion for me. I served nine years in the Air Force as a Physical Therapy Assistant. After leaving the Air Force, I pursued my Bachelor of Science at California University of Pennsylvania. I have my Personal Trainer certification from the National Academy of Sports Medicine.

Right now, I am on the road to losing the weight I gained while being pregnant. I am learning about the new challenges of being a mom and trying to figure out when I can fit in exercise. I have a new appreciation for all you moms out there! I look forward to sharing this journey with you!

Currently I am working with clients over the internet and phone. Soon I will be returning to working with clients in their homes and at the gym!
