Welcome to my sharecare profile. I am excited to be here and be able to help so many people in so many ways. I look forward to share my knowledge and expertise to give you that cutting edge. As for me I originally started in the business almost 15 years ago. I started managing health clubs in my hometown Schaumburg, IL. Then I found my true calling into personal training, from there I moved to Phoenix, AZ. I started my quest in 1996 to help change peoples lives for the better. In these past 15 years I have helped people from teenagers to the elderly. I am currently hold a position as Personal Trainer at Prodigy Trainer Center in Phoenix, AZ. I have helped people with weight loss, muscle gain, prenatal workouts and post rehab. I have worked with so many different types of people that I just love what I can see my clients can do once they get over that hump. This is why I am here now to help people in the masses. I am excited to be here for you and look forward to working with you.

Typically that is what happens when people do add a incline or go too fast for the shins to handle. You just have to pace yourself a little slower. However there is a exercise you can do to strengthen those muscles as well. By sitting on a bench, bed or chair place a dumbbell between your feet and and use your feet to pull the dumbbell up. This will help strengthen the muscle on your shin. Icing it helps as well to relieve the swelling. Over time your shins will get better they are just not ready right now for the incline or fast pace yet.
