I have over 11 years of experience as a personal trainer, which includes working with professional athletes, college athletes, amateur athletes, celebrities, and regular everyday people. I have helped people of all abilities, fitness levels, and age groups transform their lives and reach their desired health and fitness goals.
In addition to personal training, I run a highly successful Physical Education and Wellness program in Miami, FL. My Physical Education program has been extremely successful and has made positive improvements in the health and wellbeing of children, teens, and adolescents. I serve as an educator, role model, and mentor to my students and I am dedicated to helping change the lives of children.
I graduated from the University of North Florida with a bachelor’s degree in Health Science with a concentration in Exercise Science. I have earned two master’s degrees, a master’s degree in Exercise Science and Health Promotion from California University of Pennsylvania and a master’s degree in Physical Education from the University of South Florida. I am currently completing a Doctor of Education degree program in Education with concentrations in Educational Leadership and Organizational Leadership from Nova Southeastern University. Also, I hold numerous credentials and certifications in fitness, personal training, athletic development, corrective exercise, nutrition, and physical education.
Helping people reach their personal fitness and health goals is my passion. I want to help you reach your health and fitness goals!
