James Everett, NASM Elite Trainer

Bio

My passion for sports lead me to get into strength training in high school and I immidiately fell in love with it.  The idea of being fit and living a healthy lifestyle really appeals to me.  I studied Food and Nutrition at Florida State University and upon graduating recieved my NASM CPT credential.  I feel having a well balanced understanding of Nutrition and Fitness is very important in obtaining desired results.  I worked as a Nutrition Educator with the Florida Department of Health, as well as a personal trainer independently and at LA Fitness.  I have since moved to NYC and I am know working as a personal trainer and general manager at the Training Zone in Englewood Cliffs, NJ, as well as a Operations Manager and trainer at Club Metro in Rutherford, NJ.  Making a difference in people's lives and offering the kind of support that can make it easier for anyone to commit to change is why I do what I do.  My enthusiasm, motivation to help others and craving for knowledge is what I bring to my job everyday.
