Since 1998, I have worked in the fitness industry as a personal trainer, fitness manager, and trainer instructor/recruiter. Without a doubt, my greatest joy comes from training clients one on one. I believe that your workouts should be safe and effective while also educational and empowering so that the sessions become lifelong lessons in health and fitness. My areas of expertise include weight loss, performance enhancement, corrective exercise, hypertrophy/strength endurance training and when appropriate, post-rehab fitness.
